G20 Painting Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1.
The contest
is open to all Indian citizens. 2.
All
participants must be between the age group of 18 and 40 to participate in the
contest. 3.
All entries
must be submitted on the MyGov portal. Entries submitted through any other
mode will not be considered for evaluation. 4.
The
participants have to submit their entry in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format along
with the short description about the painting. 5.
The painting
should be in a size not less than 2ft by 1.5 ft (24” x 18”) 6.
The painting
should be made up of the following medium: water, oil and acrylic. 7.
Selection
criteria: Creative, innovative and relevant to the contest theme. 8.
The entry
must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content. 9.
The
submitted entry should be shot in HD Standard. 10.
The
description about the painting needs to be submitted as a PDF document. 11.
The
participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated,
as organisers would use this for further communication. This includes details
such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number,
state. 12.
Participant
& profile owner should be the same. Mismatch will lead to
disqualification. 13.
The entry
must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content. 14.
Submission
of the Painting must be original and should not violate any provision of the
Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry found infringing on others, the
entry will be disqualified from the competition. 15.
Selection
process will be based on Painting Submission (though photograph) – Viewers’
Choice – Jury selection. 16.
The winners
will be declared by way of announcing their names on the MyGov blog page
after every level. 17.
Organisers
reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or
appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed
above. 18.
By sending
the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions mentioned above. 19.
In the event
of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or
withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this
includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. |

अटी व शर्ती: ही स्पर्धा सर्व भारतीय नागरिकांसाठी खुली
आहे. स्पर्धेत सहभागी होण्यासाठी सर्व सहभागी 18 ते 40 वयोगटातील असावेत. सर्व नोंदी MyGov
पोर्टलवर सबमिट केल्या पाहिजेत. इतर कोणत्याही पद्धतीने सबमिट
केलेल्या नोंदी मूल्यमापनासाठी विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत. सहभागींनी त्यांची एंट्री JPG/JPEG/
PNG/ PDF फॉरमॅटमध्ये पेंटिंगच्या छोट्या वर्णनासह सबमिट करावी
लागेल. पेंटिंग 2 फूट
बाय 1.5 फूट (24" x 18") पेक्षा
कमी नसावे. पेंटिंग खालील माध्यमांचे बनलेले असावे:
पाणी, तेल आणि ऍक्रेलिक. निवड निकष: सर्जनशील, नाविन्यपूर्ण आणि स्पर्धेच्या थीमशी संबंधित. प्रवेशामध्ये कोणतीही उत्तेजक, आक्षेपार्ह किंवा अनुचित सामग्री नसावी. सबमिट केलेली एंट्री एचडी स्टँडर्डमध्ये
शूट केली जावी. पेंटिंगचे वर्णन पीडीएफ दस्तऐवज म्हणून
सबमिट करणे आवश्यक आहे. सहभागीने त्याची/तिची MyGov
प्रोफाइल अचूक आणि अद्ययावत असल्याची खात्री करावी, कारण आयोजक पुढील संवादासाठी याचा वापर करतील. यामध्ये नाव, फोटो, संपूर्ण पोस्टल पत्ता, ईमेल आयडी आणि फोन नंबर, राज्य यासारख्या
तपशीलांचा समावेश आहे. सहभागी आणि प्रोफाइल मालक समान असावेत. न
जुळल्याने अपात्रता येईल. प्रवेशामध्ये कोणतीही उत्तेजक, आक्षेपार्ह किंवा अनुचित सामग्री नसावी. पेंटिंगचे सादरीकरण मूळ असणे आवश्यक आहे
आणि भारतीय कॉपीराइट कायदा, 1957 च्या कोणत्याही
तरतुदीचे उल्लंघन करू नये. जर कोणतीही प्रविष्टी इतरांचे उल्लंघन करणारी आढळली
तर, प्रवेश स्पर्धेतून अपात्र केला जाईल. निवड प्रक्रिया पेंटिंग सबमिशन (फोटो असली
तरी) - दर्शकांची निवड - ज्युरी निवड यावर आधारित असेल. प्रत्येक स्तरानंतर MyGov
ब्लॉग पृष्ठावर त्यांची नावे घोषित करून विजेत्यांची घोषणा केली
जाईल. आयोजकांनी कोणतीही प्रवेश नाकारण्याचा
अधिकार राखून ठेवला आहे जी योग्य किंवा योग्य वाटत नाही किंवा जी वर सूचीबद्ध
केलेल्या कोणत्याही अटींचे पालन करत नाही. प्रवेशिका पाठवून, प्रवेशकर्ता वर नमूद केलेल्या या अटी व शर्तींना स्वीकारतो आणि त्याला
बांधील राहण्यास सहमती देतो. अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितीत, स्पर्धा कधीही बदलण्याचा किंवा मागे घेण्याचा अधिकार आयोजक राखून
ठेवतात. शंका टाळण्यासाठी यात या अटी व शर्तींमध्ये सुधारणा करण्याचा अधिकार
समाविष्ट आहे. |

नाविन्यपूर्ण खेळण्यासाठी ५० लाख रुपयांची पारितोषिके जिंकण्याची संधी त्यांना आहे सहा केंद्रीय मंत्रालयाचा हा संयुक्त प्रकल्प आहे महिला व बाल विकास मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य व उद्योग मंत्रालय , लघु सूक्ष्म मध्यम उद्योग मंत्रालय ,वस्त्रोद्योग मंत्रालय आणि माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्रालय यांचा त्यात समावेश आहे
