सूचना:
१. प्राथमिक व माध्यमिक शाळेतील मुख्याध्यापक व शिक्षकांच्या प्रशिक्षण विषयक गरजा निश्चित करण्यात येणार आहेत.
२. यासाठी माहिती संकलन साधनाद्वारे माहिती संकलित करण्यात येणार आहे.
३. या प्राप्त झालेल्यामाहितीच्या आधारे प्रशिक्षण विषयक गरजा निश्चितकरून मुख्याध्यापक व शिक्षक यांच्यासाठी प्रशिक्षण निर्मिती केली जाणार आहे.
४. सदर प्रशिक्षणविषयक गरजा निश्चित करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेत सहभागी होऊ इच्छिणाऱ्या प्राथमिक वमाध्यमिक शाळेतील मुख्याध्यापक व शिक्षक यांनी या लिंकवर आपली माहिती भरावी.
५. संपूर्ण फॉर्म मराठीमध्ये भरावा.

2. For this purpose information will be collected through data collection tool.
