The petitioner is serving at a minority institution. He has however not cleared the TET examination. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 17702 of 2021 the
following question is under consideration :
“The important question of law which is raised in the present SLP is whether the Department can insist for TET examination passed in case of a Teacher of a minority institution and whether providing such a qualification would effect any of the rights of the minority institution guaranteed under the Constitution of India?”
3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms N.P. Mehta waives service of
notice for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 7 and 8.
5. The service of the petitioner shall not be disturbed until further orders.
बॉम्बे येथील उच्च न्यायालयामध्ये नागपूर खंडपीठ : नागपूर
पुढील आदेश येईपर्यंत याचिकाकर्त्याच्या सेवेत अडथळा आणला जाणार नाही.
